The Vermont AFL-CIO and Rabble-Rouser (AFSCME 1369) know that workers build power when we unionize more shops! Using the Institute for Organizing Unions' curriculum, we are partnering to teach the fundamentals of how to form a union. You will learn how to map your workplace, the stages of a campaign, form a committee, have effective conversations with coworkers, and win a majority union. The 101 training is for two-days, three hours both days. This workshop is open to all nonunion, nonmanagerial workers in Vermont.
