House Holds Public Hearing on Proposal 3

The Vermont House Committee on General and Housing held the final public hearing on Proposal 3, the constitutional amendment protecting the right to join a union and collectively bargain.  The hearing is the last before a vote of the committee and the full House.  Once passed, it will be placed on the general election ballot in November 2026 for voters to consider adding the amendment to the constitution.  Stay tuned for next steps on how you can help get Proposal 3 to the finish line.
