Support for Steven Tendo

VT AFL-CIO President Larry Moquin joined hundreds of people in support of AFT member Steven Tendo at an immigration hearing today in St. Albans.  Steven had been told he had to report as part of his immigration case.  VT AFL CIO joined Migrant Justice, AFT VT, and hundreds of people to show support for Steven and to hold ICE to account.  Steven and Wendy, a farmworker from VT, were both released without incident.  We will continue to show support and solidarity as the case proceeds.
