Rutland City workers from AFSCME Local 1201 are picketing at Rutland City Hall on Monday, October 3rd at 5:30 pm, which is the same night as a Board of Aldermen meeting.
The Mayor is refusing to agree to a fair contract and, instead, is demanding concessions and below-inflation level "raises." This has been a BIG fight.
We are calling on all Locals and allied organizations to send a delegation to their picket. Will you be there? Let us know if you can be there!
