Burlington Worker Circle

What's going on in your workplace? Are you struggling with a problem that seems impossible to resolve? Are you stuck on a grievance or with contract negotiations? Do you wish you had a union or more democratic workplace? Come to our Worker Circle and get the help you need!

The VT AFL-CIO and Champlain Valley DSA are starting a new, informal meeting space called Worker Circles. A Worker Circle is a peer mentoring group for workers to help each other resolve workplace issues using proven organizing principles. Worker Circles are open to all workers who do not have hiring, firing or disciplining power in their workplace.

Join us every 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 6:00 - 7:00 pm at the Soda Plant in Burlington (Democracy Creative, 266 Pine Street).
