Public Hearing on Proposal 3;

Proposed Amendment to the Constitution of the State of Vermont

Subject: Declaration of Rights; right to collectively bargain

The Vermont House Committee on General and Housing will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in person in room 267, 109 State Street (Pavilion building) or via videoconference (Zoom webinar).

The Committee will take testimony on the proposed constitutional amendment at the above date and time. Testimony will be limited to the first 45 registrants, and registrants will have up to 2 minutes each to speak.Anyone interested in testifying should sign up in advance of the hearing through the following online form: https://legislature.vermont.gov/links/public-hearing-prop-3no later than April 15, 2024, at 12:00 noon.

Please note that you must sign up for the hearing and this is only an RSVP form to help us determine how many of VT AFL-CIO members will be attending.
